Pie Face, the world’s largest pie chain, has
finally arrived in Singapore from Australia! Established in 2003, the Sydney-headquartered
micro-bakery café is best known for baking all of its gourmet pies from scratch.
The dough of the traditional French puff pastry takes three days to prepare.
The kitchen team is required to fold the special blend of butter to create 48
layers.
