Hatter Street @ Hougang | Kovan, Singapore

Thursday, November 19, 2015

Hatter’s Street is derived from an inspired vision of the Mad Hatter, norms are not what you will see within the culinary journey itself. The gastronomic drive is characterised by comfort food revolving around Asia culinary traditions versus the implementation of avant-garde techniques.

Credits to TheShiokBook dining guide which allows me to save while dining at my favourite places. The voucher of 25% off total bill was utilised and I saved $6.80! For more info, read here or visit their website!

Not situated in the best location, however it still makes me want to visit whenever I'm in the East. Their waffles easily made it to my must try waffle list. Had them previously which were in smaller serving as compared to the ones now, glad it still sticks pretty much to the consistency.

Whoaffles Pandan | $8.90 - the waffles is crispy yet having a slight moist and fluffy interior. It comes with a scoop of pandan ice cream and drizzled with gula melaka sauce. It is also available in a scoop of vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. My favourite is still with the former choice! Giving Devil Matcha Cake | $6 a try since I'm a matcha fan! Not a bad twist from their matcha latte and the colour combination plays a part in simulating my appetite.
Moving on to the drinks, we had a cup Cafe Mocha | $6.30 and Hot Matcha Latte | $6 which were both decent.

Psst! They are currently giving away 5 copies of TheShiokBook. Here's how you could win yourself a copy, simply:
