The Fat Cat Bistro is located in along Holland Village, not the stretch of pubs but rather the cast off other end, where it is less crowded. If you are at the cross junction of Lorong Liput aka Holland Village, go down slope towards Sushi Tei, The Fat Cat Bistro is just opposite Subway.
The restaurant offers a variety of Thai, North Indian and Western dishes, even their menus are categorised that way.

Thai Yai: Chef Nang’s Thai cookery inspired by street food
in Bangkok and Changmai.
Masala Mantra: Serves the authentic North Indian favourites
The French Onion: Chef Mike Chung’s Western cookery from
lamb shank to pasta
Started with the appetisers from Thai, Pomelo Salad [$11], pomelo mixed with cherry tomatoes, coriander, cashew nuts and honey tamarind dressing.
The blend was very refreshing and it is a dish to kick start your appetite for sure.
Mantra Wings [$10], fried chicken wings with seasoned with Indian herbs.
No wonder it was on their must try list! Simple as it seems but it was super yummy, crispy and flavourful. It easier made it to my must order list in Fat Cat too :)
