Good
news west-siders!! A new nail salon has recently opened near Jurong East, strategically located near the station (to be
exact it’s situated near Jcube). My 3D Nails (previously known as 3D Nails) is a small and cosy little nail salon and they offer reasonable pricing for a manicure, pedicure, and nail arts.
Quote "Nikki" to enjoy 10% off all nail services 20% off all nail-art designs (as of August 2019). Call 65630538 to book your appointment now!
After the first (free) soak off, I did some hand-painted nail art:
Gelish manicure (includes a return soak-off): S$38 S$30 (valid for first trial)
Hand-painted nail art: S$50 (one set, 6 fingers)
Janet has once again surprised me with this neon colours floral nails. Not something I would normally do but I love it nonetheless :) I am really amazed at how she can be so patient drawing these flowers!
This is the final design and if you are interested, this is the breakdown prices for my nails:
Gelish manicure (includes a return soak-off): S$38 S$30 (valid for first trial)
Hand-painted nail art: S$20 (hand painted lines on 10 fingers = one set)
3D nail art: S$14 (I have one bunny on each hand hence it's $7 for one bunny)
Thank you Janet, the manicurist for my very first 3D nail art!
3D Nails offers better quality polish such as these vitamin-infused gel polish.
Even their dryer is of better quality too. I was told that LED lights are better than UV lights, so the next time you are at a nail salon do remember to check.
It annoys me how nail salon don't cleanse their tools and equipment after each customer, I felt relieved when I saw them taking out the tools from this UV sterilizer.
My 3D
Nails is located beside Xi Dou Fu (also known as Happy Hawkers). You can always
grab your drink into the salon but remember to return the cups back to the respective stores.
My 3D nail art also has her own creations in hand-painted nail art. Planning to try that out next time!
This is the price list as of September 2015.
Here's how I would direct you:
- After getting down from Jurong East MRT, head toward the left (it depends on which gantry you exit from, it is the opposite direction from JEM and WestGate)
- Cross the traffic lights towards Jcube
- Keep walking straight till you see a gazebo (located outdoor) on your left and turn right
- Cross the road and walk past the food court and turn right on the second pathway.
- My 3D Nails will be on your right
